Hale Yeah, founded by Holly Hale is a woman-owned, family-run heavy equipment mobile maintenance company that is now becoming a movement to help women feel empowered, capable, seen, and in control of their lives.

Hale Yeah started with a simple belief:
I can succeed.
That belief is the heartbeat behind everything we do.
Hale Yeah was built for the woman who has been underestimated, counted out, talked down to, or told — directly or quietly — that she wasn’t going to make it. Holly lived that life directly and knew deep down that she was worth more and could do more than anyone gave her credit for.
Holly may have made mistakes along the way but she decided they wouldn’t define her and she set out to create Hale Yeah mobile maintenance. Through her employ she’s given second chances to men and woman. After seeing first hand how women especially grew out of their old self-deprecating mantras and adapted new self-empowering mindsets she knew there was more to Hale Yeah, more that she could do, more of an impact that she could make.
That gave birth to the Grease Queens. Women who are ready to put the past behind them, quiet the “you can’t” voices in their heads, and start building proof that “Hale Yeah, they 100% can!”

Hale Yeah exists to remind women that no matter where they started, what they’ve been through, or what anyone predicted about their future — they still have the power to rise.

Through bold merchandise, hands-on learning, community, and Toolkit Fund initiatives, we’re helping women gain the skills, visibility, and encouragement they need to move forward.

We want more women to have access to mechanical knowledge.
We want more women to feel confident walking into a shop, stepping into a trade program, starting a business, or asking the right questions without fear of being taken advantage of.

Holly’s story is one of grit, second chances, hard work, and refusing to become what others predicted of her. It contains heart-pounding and heart-breaking circumstances that would grind most human beings straight into the ground.
It’s the story of a woman who was underestimated, tossed to the side — and who picked up a wrench one day and learned to use it. The wrench become more than a tool to fix machines, it became the very tool that she used to turn her entire life around.
Hale Yeah was not built from a business meeting, AI or a great idea over cocktails. It was built from a lived experienced.
